Lisa Wolff

I’m Lisa Wolff, founder of Gower Postural Therapy and Gower Wellness Studio.

My work is built around one belief: lasting results come from understanding why pain exists, not simply treating where it hurts.

My mission is simple: to help people understand their bodies, move with confidence, overcome pain, and continue doing the things they love for as long as possible.

As one of the few Rossiter practitioners in the United Kingdom—and among a select number of practitioners worldwide with combined training to assess individual fascial anatomy lines to identify the true source of pain—I provide a highly specialised approach to pain relief, movement restoration, and performance optimisation.

My specialties over 26 years of experience that combine muscle testing and fascial assessment, BASI Pilates comprehensive education from Colorado and California, corrective exercise specialist, advanced sports massage therapy, and movement rehabilitation amongst many others. This unique combination allows me to bridge the gap between hands-on therapy and movement re-education, helping clients not only feel better but move better for the long term.

Rather than relying on temporary symptom relief, I assess how the entire body functions as an interconnected system. Poor movement patterns, fascial restrictions, muscle imbalances, and postural adaptations are often the real drivers of pain. By identifying and treating these underlying causes, I help clients restore efficient movement, reduce pain, prevent recurring injuries, and improve physical performance.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing persistent pain, returning to sport, improving athletic performance, or simply wanting to move with greater ease, every treatment and programme is individually tailored to your goals.

Outside of the clinic, I’m a proud mother of five children and a lifelong outdoor enthusiast. At 44, you’ll usually find me doing pilates, climbing, mountain biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, or snowboarding. Staying active isn’t just a hobby—it’s a way of life, and it continually reminds me why helping people maintain the freedom to move is so important.

My mission is simple: to help people understand their bodies, move with confidence, overcome pain, and continue doing the things they love for as long as possible.

Jessica Ann Webley

My name is Jess.  I love to teach Kundalini Yoga and climbing.

You are not the love you receive, but the love you give.  I attended my first Kundalini Yoga class, no previous spiritual background, with hopes to improving my ADHD… Never would I have thought that I would become so whole and peaceful, devoting my ambition to spreading its education.

Kundalini yoga increases my capacity to meet my self and others with more love, less judgement.  The practice tunes my body into a state where I can make grounded decisions from the seat of a warm heart.  Because of this, since my first kundalini yoga experience in 2022, my physical, mental and spiritual state, relationships, job and sport performance, have become positively unrecognisable.  My interests with neuroscience and teaching lead me to study Kundalini Yoga with the Kiram Kriya School.

The focus of Kundalini yoga is to strengthen the nervous system and balance the fascial network.  It is these two bodily components that regulate and coordinate every other faucet of our existence.  Lighting up my being with the practice has indirectly lit the lives of others around me.  This is why I teach.  Light up someone’s day and they will light others.  The exponential expansion of love this practice brings from one person to another, is, in my opinion, exactly what this wild world needs.
